The rental rates for 2012 season will include the hire of a 5 seater saloon car. If a car is not required £150.00p will be deducted from the villa rental rate per week.
Should you wish to book a villa holiday we ask for a £250 non refundable deposit on booking and the balance 8 weeks before departure from the UK.

The rental rates are based on an occupancy of up to 10 persons.
For the 2012 season the cost will be for the whole villa NOT per person as in previous years.
The tariff will include the rental of a 5 seater car.
To book villa Helena a £250 non-returnable deposit is required, for each week booked,i.e 1 week £250, 2 weeks £500
The final balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive at the villa for your holiday. Unfortunately we cannot take bookings by credit/debit card, only by personal cheque or direct bank transfer.
We will require a £200 security deposit with the the final balance payment, as a separate cheque if you are a new client and unknown to use, for repeat guests this is not required.
